The Filter Unit designed for Combustible Dust. The Filter has Two segments like Pre-Separator and Filter Unit.
The Pre-Separator is used to collect heavy particles through cyclone effect to avoid frequent filter choking. Main filter with filter surface area of 34 Sq.m and Safety filter with filter surface area of 16 Sq.m. it has diverted type continuous feeding valve which ensure no vacuum leakage while unloading the material.
The Filter System has automatic online and offline filter cleaning which will help always cleaned filter and it has Big-Bag Collection System, High Stand with Ladder and Safety Rail.
SENVAC SHV 4300 Filter Unit has ATEX certified by external agency DNV. As per ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU ~ & marking II 3 D III T 135CDc.
